I would like to thank all of you, my supporters, for the demonstration of confidence in me as possessing the competence and integrity to deliver good results if eventually elected into Imo State House of Assembly in 2019.
I am trusting God to win the party primary election and ndi Ikeduru votes in the general election.
Imolites have resolved to elect into positions of authority only men and women who possess proven track records of credential, competence and crediblity (CCC).
The era of money bags, and people with doubtful qualifications and unsullied reputation is gone in our state.
This understanding has reinforced my desire to join forces with men and women of honour to bring our pedigree into the service of our people.
I, therefore, call on us to not keep away from politics, but to bring your endowment to bear, so that we can together build a beautiful future for coming generations.
Those who have caused the suffering in our lives are not known to give up easily. They have tasted power, have abused the power, and are not prepared to give it up. Therefore, they will fight with their last breath to hold unto it since they are aware that when the good people are enthroned, there will not be room for them to return in the future. The dedication and quality service to be delivered by these in-coming humane and God-fearing technocrats would expose a lot about the rot that had bedeviled our polity these past decades.
Please, even if it means to sacrifice your time and resources to obtain your PVC, or to educate someone else on the need to participate in the political process in order to install a new phase of political emancipation from those that have oppressed us, stolen our patrimony and subjugated our generation, do it.
In Psalm 2:8, God says, we should ask of him, and He would give us the nation for our inheritance, and the ends of the earth for our possession. Apathy is what the devil and his agents like; we MUST NOT allow bad governance to continue in our time.
God abhors lukewarm attitude to important things like shaping the future for our children. LET'S KICK THE BAD GUYS OUT OF POWER.
I joined politics, not because I wanted power, recognition or to steal from the state's purse, but to showcase the beautiful gift of love for others, sacrifice and benevolence God deposited in me.
In my little way, I have worked with good spirited individuals, through out my life, to contribute to community happiness. I discovered that it's hard to make meaningful impact as an individual when the gap yawning for attention far outweighs what agents of government care to provide for her citizens.
You and I can make that real change happen. We can together rescue the trapped rescuer for the sake of our unborn children.
I make a solemn pledge to remain who you have always known me to be: a committed patriot that would work ceaselessly for the good of her people.
Our strength is derived from eternal Father, the God of creation, who is seated above all principalities and powers.
For the sake of His son, Jesus Christ, we shall win.
